September is FASD Awareness Month, a time to build understanding, raise awareness, and recognize the experiences of individuals and families living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
When navigating an FASD diagnosis, finding reliable information and meaningful support can feel overwhelming. That’s why we invited families with lived experience to share the resources that have made a difference in their journeys.
This curated collection brings together organizations, websites, programs, and tools that families have accessed, trusted, and found helpful along the way. Whether you’re looking for information, community connections, advocacy support, or practical resources, we hope this family-informed list helps you find what you need and reminds you that you’re not alone.
